This was the first thing we recorded for this album. It began as a sound check over one of Timbuk's beats, and when we played it back and heard Kenny's drums, we were in disbelief that we were actually getting multitrack audio, despite the fact that we were using totally mediocre equipment, a home computer, and no engineer.

Clyde was one of Andrew's cats. He got it wrong shortly after the album was finished. RIP, Clyde.

The voice at the end is probably from an old episode of "Dragnet." William had us listening to a lot of clips from "Dragnet.
